Hurriyet Leaders Extend Strike Call Till August 25

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Augst,2016) : The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, and Hurriyet leaders, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik,in Indian held Kashmir, have extended the strike call till August 25. As per the protest Calendar, on August 20, march on motorcycles, bicycles will be held towards district headquarters,reported Kashmir Media Service. Posters will be pasted, on August 21, on every wall asking all MLAs, MLCs and Ministers from all pro Indian political parties to resign from government and party positions. March from every mohalla, village and locality of the territory will be held towards respective tehsil headquarters on August 22.
Women, on august 23, will assemble and occupy local chowks and centres from Zuhr to Asr in the vicinity of their mohallas, villages and localities. Similarly, on August 24, the resistance/Masjid committees in all villages and localities will visit each and every household and prepare a list of the needy.
The committees will also visit the families of martyrs and injured and will prepare a detailed list of the family and their needs. All roads, lanes and walls,on August 25, will be painted with resistance slogans. Shutdown across Kashmir and protest from Asr to Magrib will be held across the territory and Islamic and Azadi Taranas in mosques from Magrib to Isha will be played.
