PIA carries out in-house exercise to scrutinize conduct of staff

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th August, 2016) : Keeping in view the recent incidents of attempted drug smuggling, the Security and Vigilance Department of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) carried out an in-house exercise to scrutinize the conduct of its staff members.

This was stated by spokesman of the national flag carrier in a statement here on Wednesday. He said that in view of the findings several employees have been reshuffled while few have been handed over to law inforcement agencies (LEA) for formal investigation.
