ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th August, 2016) : Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML- N) MNA Talal Chaudhry Wednesday termed the filing of reference against Prime Minister in Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as negative politics. Talking to media, he said the national economy had improved due to the effective policies of the government that he hoped would help PML (N) to win 2018 elections. To a question, he said that PML-N was victorious in local bodies, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir general elections due to prudent policies of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
He said PML-N had also filed a disqualification reference against PTI Chief Imran Khan under articles 62 and 63 of the constitution before the Speaker of the National Assembly.
So, Imran Khan should come into the parliament and answer the reference, he added. He said PTI Chief repeating allegations of 1980-90 against PM Nawaz Sharif which were baseless as he had faced investigations in era of dictatorship. He said people already rejected Imran Khan and wanted development and prosperity in the country rather than agitation and unrest.
