Kamalia, (Pakistan Point News – 17th August, 2016) : An alleged kidnapper has been caught red-handed by people in Kamalia, Toba Tek Singh District. People beat him badly. Police arrived at the scene. People handed him over to the police after torturing him. Police has taken him into custody for investigation.
