CJP Takes Suo Moto Notice Of Illegal Appointments In NAB

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Augst,2016) : The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) on Wednesday took suo moto notice of illegal appointments in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). The Chief Justice also issued notices to Chairman NAB and the Attorney General for Pakistan.
The suo moto notice was taken upon receipt of a PUC/Letter (anonymous) against illegalities, contravention and violations in appointments within NAB. Registrar Office has also been ordered to fix a date for hearing of the case in the last week of August.
