Fahad Malik Murder Case; Interim Bail Granted To An Accused

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Augst,2016) : The court of Additional Session Judge Islamabad on Wednesday granted interim bail to one of accused nominated in First Information Report (FIR) into Fahad Malik murder case. According to details, two persons Arshad Chaudhry, Nomi Khokhar and five other persons were nominated in FIR of Fahad Malik murder registered at Shalimar police station on August 15.
One of the accused Nomi Khokhar was granted bail by Additional Session Judge till August 27, 2016 with directions to Islamabad police to submit report about the case on the same date.
The court also directed the accused to submit surety bonds of Rs. 200,000. Fahad Malik was the nephew of former Chairman Senate Muhammadmian Soomro and was shot dead on August 15.
