NA passes motion to form 20-member Committee to review NAB
Ordinance,1999

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Augst,2016) : The National Assembly on Wednesday adopted a motion authorizing the Speaker National Assembly to appoint a committee in consultation with the Chairman of the Senate and Leaders of the Parliamentary Parties comprising up to 20 members to review NAB Ordinance, 1999 and recommend necessary amendments.

The committee will present its report within three months of the notification of this committee. The motion was moved by Law Minister Zahid Hamid. The House also adopted another motion for formation of a Sub- Committee of Parliamentary Committee for Electoral Reforms.
