KDA To Issue Notices To Allotees To Clear Dues Of Their Plots

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th August, 2016) : The Director General (DG) of Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Syed Nasir Abbas has directed to prepare complete list of residential and commercial plots and check the files on daily basis so as to issue notices to those allotees, who have not paid their dues. He said this while chairing a high level meeting at his office here, said a statement the other day. Secretary KDA, chief engineers, executive engineers, superintendent engineers, the director financial and other officials concerned attended the meeting. The DG KDA directed to get the properties vaccated from the illegal possessions in Gulistan-e-Johar, Site Office and Mansoora division scheme-16.
He also directed to prepare PC-I of all schemes so that the construction and repair works of roads and installation and repair work of sewerage lines as well as other development works can be started. Syed Nasir Abbas also directed to take strict action against the encroachments. The DG KDA also took notice of encroachments and road cutting in Surjani, North Karachi, Clifton, Korangi and Mehran Town. He directed all the executive engineers to take strict action immediately against the encroachments and road cutting in these areas.
