Imran Farooq Murder: Judicial Remand Of Three Accused Extended Till

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Augst,2016) : Syed Kausar Abbass Zaidi, the Judge of Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), on Tuesday extended judicial remands of Mohsin Ali, Moazzam Ali and Khalid Shamim until August 30 in Dr Imran Farooq murder case.. Zeehsan Cheema Advocate, the lawyer of Khalid Shamim appeared in the court.
However, Mansoor Afridi, the lawyer of Moazzam Ali and Mohsin Ali did not appear in the court due to some of his engagements following which the court extended the judicial remands of accused till August 30, 2016. It is to mention that Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has started the legal proceedings against three accused in Dr.
Imran Farooq murder case after registering the case against them.
