Double Capacity Transformer Being Installed At Jhang City Grid Station

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th August, 2016) : Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) is installing double capacity power transformers at 132-KV Jhang City grid station. FESCO spokesman said here on Monday that earlier power transformer of 20/26 MVA was working at Jhang City grid station, and now this power transformer would be replaced with 40-MVA capacity power transformer and for this purpose, power supply from Block Shah, Maddoki, Magiyana, Civil Line, Supreme Gum and College Road feeders of this grid station will also remain suspended for 18 hours from 5:00 a.

m.

to 11:00 p.m. on August 16 (Tuesday). The installation of double capacity power transformer will not only redress the complaints of low voltage but also help in provision of new domestic, commercial and industrial connections from this grid station, he added.
