The bench, headed by Justice Abdul Sami Khan, heard the petition filed for stopping implementation of death warrants of Ateeq-ur-Rehman, Muhammad Bashir and Azhar Bashir. But, now the complainant and the abductee had pardoned the convicts, he said and requested the court to stop implementation of the death warrants of convicts.
