NBP Signed Call Center Services Contract With Virtual World (TRG)

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th August, 2016) : National Bank of Pakistan and Virtual World (TRG) have Monday signed a three-year contract for call center outsource services in Karachi.
The NBP and Virtual World (TRG) have already been working closely together since December 2012, Spokesman NBP Syed Ibne Hassan said in a statement issued today. The contract signed between NBP and Virtual World (TRG) is an extension of the call center services already being provided by Virtual World (TRG).
Both the companies have mutually agreed to provide exceptional call center services to NBP customers nationwide. The two companies have also agreed to work upon the expansion of the call center services to provide prioritized services to their customers. The strategic alliance between Virtual World (TRG) and National Bank of Pakistan will offer tremendous services to the customers. Mohsin Furquan, EVP/Divisional Head - Operations Group, National Bank of Pakistan said: "Sky is the limit" NBP has always kept a close-eye on its competitors and a firm believer of bringing improvement in policies, procedures and service quality standards.
"Our target is to attain leadership position especially in Service Quality, following the approach this arrangement will enable NBP to provide services to the customers more efficiently & effectively that will uplift the image of NBP as Nation's Bank and also deliver the best services from NBP Call Center.", he remarked. "We are very excited about our partnership with National Bank", said Mr.
