Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) Has Arranged A Musical Night In Connection With Independence Day

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Augst,2016) :- Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) has arranged a musical night in connection with Independence day celebrations in which local singers paid rich tributes to the heroes of Pakistan movement by singing national songs.
Member National Assembly Tahira Aurangzeb was chief guest while Additional Commissioner Tariq Mehmood Tariq was guest of honor. Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed was also present on the occasion.
Famous singers Qurban Niazi, Shahenshah Niazi, Arshad Khan, Samina Khan, Naveed Alvi, Sania Rafiq and others presented wonderful performance.
Tahira Aurangzeb said the country is moving ahead in right direction under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Waqar Ahmed addressing the participants paid rich tributes to the heroes and leaders of Pakistan movement. Special dua was also offered for the martyrs of Pakistan movement and operation Zarb-e-Azb.
