ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Augst,2016) : Secretary General of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC), Shabbir Ahmad Shah has said that Indian armed forces continue to commit the worst kind of human rights violations in the territory. According to KMS, Ahmad Shah in a statement issued in Srinagar said, "New Delhi should read writing on the wall that its hegemony won't work within the territory of Kashmir.

Despite celebrating the Independence Day in presence of over 8 lakh forces in Kashmir for the last 69 years, the people of the territory continue to demand freedom from India and as such, every soul is steadfast.

New Delhi should bear in mind that this movement isn't run by a handful of people but has a backing of 10.25 million people."Shah said, "We will continue to observe this day as Black Day till the Kashmir issue is resolved as per the UN resolutions or through tripartite dialogue.

India cannot prolong the dispute for long but has to resolve it." Meanwhile, a DFP spokesperson in a statement in Srinagar expressed grief over the demise of Suhail Ahmad Wani of Lethpora, saying the draconian law, Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) has let loose the reign of terror across the Valley.
