Market Committee Issues Price List Of Vegetables, Fruits

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Augst,2016) : The Islamabad Market Committee on Monday issued the daily price list of vegetables and fruits. According to a spokesman, the rate list of vegetables in Islamabad except for Jinnah Super, Super and Kohsar Markets is as under: Potato per kilogram is Rs 36, Onion Rs 28, Tomato 56, Ginger Rs 80, Garlic (China) Rs 275, Garlic Desi 255, Lemon Rs 92, Lady Finger Rs 75, Green Zucchini Rs 58, Pumpkin Rs 54, Brinjal Rs 45, Peas Rs 190, Farsh Bean Rs 72, Tanda Desi Rs 74, Cucumber Rs 36, Capsicum Rs 80/55, Green Chilli Rs 32, Cauliflower Rs 78/55, Cabbage Rs 46, Bittergourd Rs 52, Spinach Rs 32/22, Turnip Rs 66, Yam Rs 56, Maroo Rs 65, Carrot Rs 92 and Egg per dozen Rs 99.
Likewise, he said that rates of fruits per kilogram of high and medium quality in Islamabad are as follows: Apple Kala Kulo Rs 152/125, Apple Gaja Rs 92/60, Apple China Rs 200/170, Apple New Zealand Rs 265/230, Banana Pak Rs 82/56, Pear China Rs 155/130, Grapes(Sundar Khani) Rs 140/120,Grapes Gola Rs 88/65, Guava 86/55, Grepes Black Rs.
135/115, Peach Rs 100/75, Garma Rs 65/40, Mango Najri Rs 70/55, Mango Chonsa White Rs 115/65, Mango Chaonsa Black Rs 65/45 and Mango Ratool Rs 110/70. The spokesman asked the people to follow this list and inform authorities at 051-4867762 in case of any compliant against shopkeepers.
