Two Indian Troops Killed, 6 Injured In Srinagar Attack

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Augst,2016) : Two personnel of Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were killed and several others were critically injured in an attack in Srinagar, on Monday. According to KMS, amid unprecedented measures in the name of security for smooth conduct of India's Independence Day, Indian CRPF camp was attacked in Nowhatta near Jamia Masjid in Srinagar.
Two paramilitary CRPF were killed and at least six injured till last reports came in.
Intermittent firing was on. "We are ascertaining wherefrom they came but firing has stopped now" Inspector General of Police Kashmir zone S J M Gillani said.
