Call for setting up burn unit at Bahawalpur hospital

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2017 ) : The local notables demanded the government to set up a burn unit here at Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH) as people from far flung areas and other provinces visit BVH for the treatment.

President of Young Lawyers, Farooq Bashir Advocate, leader of Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sheikh Abbas Raza, Dr Saleem, Dr Wajahat, Imran Yousaf Advocate, Sohail Kamran Advocate and others said that burn unit for BVH was approved.

They said that PC-1 of the suggested burn unit was finalised and the process is underway to release funds of Rs 500 million for execution of the unit. APP/mas/anm
