ECP Appoints Tribunal Judges For Disposal Of Appeals In Bye

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Augst,2016) : The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has appointed the judges of Lahore High Court (LHC) as tribunal judges for deciding appeals of candidates in bye- elections in NA-162 and PP-7.
The judges have been appointed for the disposal of appeals against the decisions of returning officers rejecting or accepting the nomination papers of candidates for by-elections, said a notification issued here on Friday. Justice Mushtaq Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Sajid Mehmood Sethi have been appointed as tribunal judges for NA-162 while Justice Atir Mehmood and Justice Sadaqt Ali Khan appointed for PP-7, it added.
