23 arrested for one-wheeling

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th August, 2016) : Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested 23 persons for doing one-wheeling in the city. According to police, different police stations arrested the accused and took the bikes into their custody besides registering cases against them.
