10 shinning youth stars awarded on Int. Youth Day

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Augst,2016) : Youth Parliamentarians Forum (YPF) has awarded 10 youth champions of different fields from across the country to acknowledge their achievements in connection with International Youth Day to be observed on August 12. The first shinning youth stars was Amanullah Achakzai, who become the youngest Barrister bagging the degree at the age of only 23 years from United Kingdom.

He held the office of principal, University of Law College Balochistan, at the age of 28 years becoming the only youngest principal ever in the country. The bright future assets of the nation were awarded in a graceful ceremony organized at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS) on Thursday.

The second star was Bisma Maroof, an all rounder T20 Captain Pakistan women T-20 Team and Vice Captain One Day International (ODI) scot. Her International cricket Council (ICC) standing is 13th with scoring 10 half centuries in ODI.

She is the only woman cricketer from Pakistan to score 2000+ runs in limited-overs and take 50+ wickets. The next star is a winner of best investigation report (business) for 2007-2008, Farieha Aziz whose services were acknowledged by All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS).

She also bagged People's Choice Award for Woman of the Year 2016 by LADIESFUND. She is also graced with Index on Censorship Award on Free Expression in Campaign category for her work on Cyber crime bill.

Maya a trans girl wants to inspire the young trans girls as she has been participating in conferences like Young Leader's Conference. She was a speaker at the dialogues with different universities. She was invited to New York and Washington by google for the screening of a documentary she did for Vice news and Jigsaw. Muhammad Jameel was awarded for his extra ordinary performance in Blind Cricket World Cup.

He played two Blind Cricket World Cup. Norina Shah from Quetta was the next one in the list for her interest and knowledge in the field of Astronomy. Her posts on social media attracted the attention of the international media. Shazia Ahmed Langau is a young political and social activist who work on empowerment of woman and endorsing woman rights in Balochistan. Sacrifice of Syed Hammid Hussain can not be forgotten.

Young doctor and Professor of chemistry in Bacha Khan University was gun shot by the militants. He saved lives of several students while sacrificing his own life. Chairman Muzaffarabad Youth Council Usman Pirzada was also included in this list for his campaigns of free and compulsory education in all over Kashmir from Nelum valley to Bhimbhar. The next awardee was the first Pakistani Idol Zamad Baig from Mandi bahudin.
