Occupied Kashmir suffers from strikes and curfew for the consecutive 33rd day

Srinagar, (Pakistan Point News – 10th August, 2016) : Tension retains in occupied Kashmir for the 33rd day while curfew is still imposed in the valley. Due to the curfew situation, the residents are facing extreme shortage of food and are starving badly. The occupied valley is suffering from a complete strike due to which the educational institutes, transports and shops are shutter locked. Meanwhile the demonstrations are continuously being held from the Indian forces and the atrocities have resulted in the number of casualties reaching 70 and more than 6000 citizens are reported to be injured. The strike is extended till 12th august on the appeal of Hurriyat leaders.
