PESHAWAR, (Pakistan Point News - 9th August, 2016) : Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) surveillance team Tuesday raided in different areas and nabbed 142 more power stealers. On the directions of Chief Executive PESCO Anwar ul Haq Yousafzai, drive against illegal use of electricity has been accelerated throughout the province. In this connection surveillance team raided in different areas and nabbed 142 more power stealers. 11 electricity stealers were caught in the areas of Turu Sub Division including Shah Pasand tube well, Ali Gohar Flour Mashin, Murad Flour Machine and Gulshan Abad water supply scheme an official said.
Similarly in the areas of Ghari Kapora sub division 20 electricity stealers, in Par Hoti 26, 43 electricity stealers were nabbed in Cantt Division Peshawar. The teams checked various premises of Hazara Circle-2 and found2 slow meters of commercial Plants. 15 electricity stealers were nabbed in Mansehra City sub division, seven electricity stealers including plastic factory, teaching hospital, Khyber Bank and others. Similarly, in Thana and Haripur City sub division nine electricity stealers were also nabbed.
