NA Strongly Condemns Quetta Carnage, Expresses Solidarity With Victims

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th August, 2016) : The National Assembly Tuesday adopted a resolution unanimously strongly condemning the barbaric and inhuman terror act in Quetta resulting into loss of precious lives, besides injuries to dozens of innocent people.
The resolution moved by Minister for Law and Justice Zahid Hamid, termed it a cowardly act and expressed deep sorrow over brutal killing of President Balochistan Bar Association Bilal Anwar Kasi and sympathies with the bereaved families.
The House also prayed for early recovery of the injured. It expressed solidarity with the people of Balochistan particularly lawyers community, personnel of law enforcing agencies, media persons and citizens, who suffered heavy loss in this tragedy. The House also reiterated that such cowardly act could not weak the government's resolve to purge the country completely of terrorism.
