'Opportunists Want To Destabilize Economy'

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th august,2016) : Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Broadcasting Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha said the government was taking well-planned steps for the welfare of farmers on priority basis. He was addressing inaugural ceremony of construction of a concrete canal in village Laksian, Tehsil Kotmomin being completed with an estimated amount of 13.2 million on Tuesday. He said that with the construction of canal the farmers will get water for their farms whereas the incidents of water theft would also be decreased. Ranjha said that in line with the vision of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif the country would become Asian tiger after the completion of mega development projects.

He said that the opportunist politicians wanted to stop progress and prosperity in the country by re-starting the politics of protest and 'dharnas'.

He said that under the directions of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif basic facilities like education, health and power supply would be provided to the people of remote areas on priority basis. On this occasion G.M Gondal, Bilal Aamer Mirza also addressed the gathering.
