WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd September, 2021) Russian national Konstanin Yaroshenko said on Wednesday that he does not plan to file new petitions to US courts about his case because the courts ignore serious arguments.
"I and my lawyers will not be filling those things because it is not helpful. We filed a lot of very serious argumentations in the past, it was impossible to deny them, but US courts simply ignored all those argumentations," Yaroshenko told radio Sputnik.
A US Federal court ruled against the motion for a compassionate release of Yaroshenko from prison on Tuesday. Yaroshenko characterized the decision not to release him over health concerns as being unmotivated.
