MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 20th September, 2021) The voter turnout at Russia's parliamentary vote reached 51.68%, the Central Election Commission's chairwoman, Ella Pamfilova, said on Monday.
"The elections took place ... The results have not been fully summed up yet, the turnout totals 51.68% as of now," Pamfilova told the election commission.
