One-wheeling, Riding Silencer-less Bike Banned

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th August, 2016) : District administration Peshawar has banned one-wheeling and riding of silencer less motor cycles in the district under Section 144 for a period of eight days.

The ban will remain imposed from August 10 to August 17.

Similarly, the movement of and display of arms, use of tainted glasses, plying of non-registered and applied-for and fake number plates' vehicles has also been banned for a period of one month under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) and in case of violation they have to face action under Section 188. In this connection, police and other concerned departments have been issued order for taking necessary action in this regard.
