42 Outlaws Held With Drugs, Weapons

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 8th August, 2016) : The police claimed to have arrested 42 criminals, and recovered drugs and illegal weapons from their possession here on Monday. According to police sources, the teams nabbed five drug peddlers and two illegal weapon holders and recovered 35 litre liquor, 1kg hashish, two pistols, one repeater and rounds.
Three kite sellers were also apprehended with 1019 kites and chemical thread. The teams also arrested 17 proclaimed offenders wanted by Police in different cases of dacoity, robbery, theft etc. Meanwhile, three motorcyclists were arrested over one-wheeling, ten gamblers held with stake money and two other outlaws arrested for giving wrong information to police on emergency helpline 15.
Separate cases have been registered against the accused.
