A MAulvi from West Bengal has issued a fatwa that Rs. 10 lacs will be awarded to the person who shaves Sonu Nigam's head and make him wear a shoes necklace. On this fatwa Sonu Nigam spoke up and say if its not 'religious gundagardi', a religious yob threat.
