Load-shedding To Be Eliminated Till 2018: Pir Sabir

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Augst,2016) : PML-N leader Pir Sabir Shah said Friday that government is determined to eliminate load-shedding till 2018 that would be a remarkable development. Talking to Radio Pakistan he said, "Pakistan has been facing the challenge of energy crisis for the past many years but with the efforts of incumbent government it is hoped that 10,000MW electricity will be added in the National Grid Station till next year.
" He said the country was facing worst situation in the regard of energy when PML-N government came into power.
"People of the country were forced to bear the load-shedding of almost 18 hours. It was the agenda of PML-N to overcome energy crisis," he added. To a query he said many power projects were initiated in this regard. The overall energy situation is getting better. China Pakistan Economic Corridor is a game changer project that will also be helpful to overcome energy crisis.
