NEW DELHI, (Pakistan Point News – 25th March, 2017) : According to a report by NDTV a 12 year old but impregnated a 16 year old girl in Kerala. They have been known as the youngest parents of India. They belongs to a place called Kochi district 200km ahead of Kerala. As confirmed by the DNA test, 12-year-old boy is s the father of a baby girl born to a 16-year-old. Reportedly, the boy and the girl are first cousins and also neighbours. The police have arrested both under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
