PIA's First Hajj Flight PK-2503 To Depart On Thursday

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd August, 2016) : Pakistan International Airlines - PIA's first Hajj flight PK-2503 would depart at 4:25 am from Islamabad on August 04 carrying 328 Hujjaj.
In the pre-hajj operation, from August 4 to September 5, PIA would operate more than 265 flights including scheduled flights to Jeddah and Madina Munawwara transporting approximately 51,000 Hujjaj.
This was informed to Chairman PIA, Azam Saigol in a high level meeting on Wednesday, said a statement issued here. He was informed that the PIA would operate flights from 10 cities of Pakistan during Hajj operation 2016.
The meeting was informed that during 2016 Hajj operation PIA would operate flights from 10 cities including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sukkur, Multan, Rahimyarkhan. The Chairman of PIA while chairing the meeting also reviewed arrangements regarding Hajj operation for this year (2016). He directed that all departments must gear up efforts to ensure that Hajj operation is carried out in a smooth manner.
