Schemes Of 31 Filtration Plants Approved

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd August, 2016) : Commissioner Lahore Division Abdullah Khan Sunbal has approved the schemes of 31 filtration plants including 13 reverse osmosis filtration and 18 ultra filtration plant.
The approval was given in a meeting led by the Commissioner Lahore held here on Wednesday.
The meeting was briefed that reverse osmosis filtration plants would be set up at non-commercial areas such as Hadyara Drain and industrial areas whereas the decision to establish reverse osmosis plants was made after the consultation of all technical departments. Later, in another meeting, the Commissioner was told that 260 schemes of Lahore, 88 of Sheikhupura, 29 Nankana Sahib and 75 schemes of Kasur 29 were included in provincial annual developmental schemes 2016-17 that would be presented at divisional level soon for approval.
