ETPB Chairman Stops Ghost Employees' Salaries

LAHORE, (Pakistan Point News - 3rd August, 2016) : Evacuee Trust Property board (ETPB) Chairman Muhammad Siddiq-ul-Farooq has stopped salaries of ghost employees. Addressing an open kutchery of employees and officials of the trust here on Wednesday, he said that strict action would be taken against all ghost employees. The chairman said that there was no truth in rumours about stoppage of salaries of 591 employees who were facing a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) inquiry. He said those who were involved in creating law and order situation would be dealt with an iron hand. Trust Secretary Mian Abdul Qadeer, Chief Controller Accounts Zia-ul-Islam Niazi and other officials also attended the meeting.
