Four Water Plants, Two Ice-factories Sealed

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Augst,2016) : The Punjab Food Authority (PFA), during its ongoing campaign against substandard food items, sealed four water plants, two ice-factories and a restaurant here on Wednesday. According to the PFA officials, the teams of different towns along with the officials of the PFA raided and sealed two water plants 'Pure Project' and 'Pora Pani' at Bahar Colony while Aqua Spring Model Town and Aqua Line plant in Kot Lakhpat were also sealed due to dirty conditions and for not having licence.
Tow ice factories located in Manawan and Harbanspura were sealed over using dirty water for preparing ice.
The team also sealed a restaurant in Revenue Society. It may be mentioned that PFA teams had sealed five ice-factories in last two days.
