Karwan-e-Yakjehti Conference Held

SUKKUR,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd August, 2016) : A video conference via Higher education Commission (HEC), Islamabad was held at Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur in order to celebrate Karwan-e-Yakjehti to mark 70th Independence Day of Pakistan, said a press release here Tuesday.

The SALU's Karwan consisting of 50 male and female students who will participate in the Karwan-e-Yakjehti events organized at University of Balochistan, Quetta from 12th to 16th August 2016.

On this occasion, Vice Chancellor (VC), Professor Dr Parveen Shah highly appreciated the initiative floated by the Chairman Higher Education Commission, Islamabad Professor Dr Mukhtar Ahmed and his team for organizing Karwan-e-Yakjehti. She said that this initiative will promote the sense of national unity and will also enhance the national harmony and cohesion.
