Lok Virsa to pay tribute to Ahmed Faraz on August 10

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd August, 2016) : Lok Virsa will pay tributes to the legendary poet Ahmed Faraz on August 10 in the Media Centre. Senator Aitezaz Ahsan will be the chief guest on this occasion, said a press release here on Tuesday.

Senator Shibli Faraz, Mujahid Barelvi and Executive Director Lok Virsa Dr. Fouzia Saeed will be the speakers who will talk about the life and achievements of Ahmed Faraz. There will be recitation of Ahmed Faraz's poetry and live music as well. The event will also be streamed live on Lok Virsa's website.
