Three militants killed, seven held with arms

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd August, 2016) : Frontier Corps (FC) killed three militants and arrested seven suspects along with weapons in search operation in Hushap area of Trubat district. According to FC spokesman, acting on a tip off, FC personnel carried out a search operation in the area when they opened fire at them.

Three militants were killed in retaliation and their four hideouts were demolished by FC personnel. FC personnel also apprehended seven suspects along with 4, rifles, 2, small machine guns, 3, short guns, rounds and suspected literatures. The FC spokesman said that they were involved in attacking on security forces and sabotage activities in the area. Further investigation was underway.
