STEPANAKERT (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th November, 2020) An additional team of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies arrived in the town of Stepanakert in the region of Karabakh to help local residents, a regional staff office said Thursday.
The new arrivals include rescue teams and specialists of the Russian Energy Ministry.
