ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Augst,2016) : The Supreme Court on Monday suspended the Peshawar High Court's (PHC) verdict regarding issuance of risk allowance to all employees of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) besides issuing notices to respondents in the case. The division bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the case filed by CAA against the PHC verdict. During the course of proceedings, the chief justice remarked that if it the argument of CAA was admitted that risk allowance was awarded to Airport Security Force (ASF) for facing terrorism challenges then the same allowance should also be given to lawyers, judges, police and every citizen of the country because terrorists can attack any body.
