District admin takes measures to counter threat of Congo virus

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Augst,2016) : District Coordination Officer (DCO) Nadir Chathha has said that there is no threat of Congo virus spread. However, arrangements have been made to check the virus. Chairing a meeting here on Monday, he said that the district administration has set up isolation wards in different hospitals in line with precautionary measures.

He directed the officials of Health, Livestock and Environment departments to constitute special teams for carrying out spray and vaccination of animals in the district.
