BZU Syndicate Approves Establishment Of Para-Veterinary School

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Augst,2016) : Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Multan has approved, in its recently held syndicate meeting, the establishment of a Para-Veterinary School at its faculty of veterinary sciences. The BZU spokesman said in a statement on Monday that the diploma courses and short courses, to be initiated at this school, would produce trained personnel and would be helpful in increasing livestock production and improving quality.
It would be an important institution of south Punjab that would prepare the ground for induction of skilled workers by farmers to improve livestock sector, poultry and disease control. The courses to be initiated at this school including two-year Livestock Assistant Diploma (DAL), one-year Environment Control Poultry Shed Supervisor Diploma, one-year Poultry Assistant Diploma, and four-month Dairy Herd Management Diploma.
