Proposal to increase minimum rates of wages from Rs 13000 to Rs 14000

KARACHI,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Augst,2016) : The Sindh Minimum Wages board proposed to increase minimum rates of wages from Rs 13000/- to Rs 14000/- per month with effect from July 01, 2016 in respect of adult unskilled and juvenile workers in industrial/ commercial establishments in the Province of Sindh.

This has already been notified in extra ordinary gazette of Sindh Government issued on July 22, 2016, said an official statement on Monday. It is therefore advised that the objections or suggestions, if any, may be sent to the authority concerned within 30 days that is latest by August 23, 2016, from concerned quarters.
