Moscow, (Pakistan Point News – 1st August, 2016) : A Russian chopper has been shot down by militants in Idlib province of northern Syria. According to the Russian military officials, five people were boarding the Mi-8 carrier aircraft and killed in the accident. According to Russia's Interfax news agency, officials said that the helicopter was taking humanitarian aid to the city of Aleppo, Syria and was heading back after delivering the aid. It is not clear which group shot down the chopper.
