Police Bar Shopkeepers From Opening Shops In Bijbehara

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st August, 2016) : Indian police lobbed teargas shell in Bijbehara's main market when shopkeepers tried to open their shops in the area after 6:00 pm on Sunday evening, forcing the market to close down.
According to KMS , witnesses told that youth soon took to streets and pelted stones on the personnel of armed forces.
One police vehicle collided with a CRPF armored vehicle in which one policeman was injured. Two youth from the area were arrested following the intense clashes. The Hurriyet leadership in a joint statement has called for opening of the markets after 6:00pm.
