Man killed in wall collapse

HAFIZABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th july, 2016) : A young man was killed on the spot while his wife and two sons were seriously injured in Kot Ishaq when a wall of a tubewell room collapsed and fell down on them during heavy rain on Saturday.

Reportedly, field worker Qamar Abbas, along with his wife and two sons, was planting paddy saplings in the field when it started raining. They rushed to the nearby tubewell room to take shelter.

However, one of the walls of the room collapsed, burying them under the debris. The villagers recovered them from rubble. However, Qamar Abbas died instantly. The injured were shifted to an area hospital.
