PHF doing all-out efforts to provide jobs to players

The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has been in discussions with several departments in a bid to provide jobs to national players

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Aug, 2017 ) : The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has been in discussions with several departments in a bid to provide jobs to national players.

Talking to APP, PHF Secretary Shahbaz Ahmed Sr said talks are under progress with departments including Fauji Foundation, Pakistan Television (ptv), Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd.

(ZTBL) and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) regarding jobs for players.

"Currently Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah would provide jobs to eighteen hockey players and two officials," he claimed. He said players get more encouraged when jobs are provided to them. "PHF is doing all-out efforts in promoting and supporting the game and players," he said.
