Yasir Shah Academy, Bajaur Club Advance To T20 U-19 Youth Cricket Cup

Yasir Shah Cricket Academy and Aziz Club Bajaur advanced to next round after securing victories in the ongoing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Under-19 Twenty20 Cricket Cup being played here at Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium on Saturday
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Dec, 2017 ) :Yasir Shah cricket academy and Aziz Club Bajaur advanced to next round after securing victories in the ongoing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Under-19 Twenty20 Cricket Cup being played here at Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium on Saturday.
In the first match Yasir Shah Cricket Academy Swabi defeated Khyber Agency Club by seven wickets. Khyber Agency team won the toss and elected to bat first by setting up 114 runs target in the allotted overs.
Shahid Afridi made 22 runs with three boundaries, Niak Afridi made 23 runs with two boundaries and one six, and Saeed Nazir scored 20 runs with four boundaries. For Yasir Shah Academy Asad Khan claimed three wickets, Hanif and Shahbaz got one wicket each.
In reply, Yasir Shah Academy chased the target for the loss of three wickets with Umar Siddique hammered a cracking 57 runs, Danish scored 21 runs and Aftab made 20 runs.
For Khyber Agency Saeed Nazir and Jabbar Khan got one wicket each.
In the second match Bajaur Club defeated Gul Club by eight wickets. Gul Club while batting first setup 89 runs wherein Abdur Rashid scored 28 runs and Mahaz scored 14 runs, none of the other batsmen could cross the double figures.
For Bajaur Club Hamza claimed four wickets, Arshad took three wickets, Sohail and Shakir got one wicket each. In reply, Bajaur Club chased the target for the loss of two wickets with Atta Ullah hammered a cracking 53 runs including seven boundaries and one six. For Gul Club Mahaz took two wickets.
