Kandy Land Club advanced to next round after securing four wickets victory against Swat in the ongoing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Under-19 Twenty20 Cricket Tournament being played here at Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium on Wednesday
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Dec, 2017 ) :Kandy Land Club advanced to next round after securing four wickets victory against Swat in the ongoing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Under-19 Twenty20 cricket Tournament being played here at Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Swat club won the toss and elected to bat first by setting up 102 runs in the allotted overs with Ijaz struck 32 runs, Abas Jan scored 26 runs and were the main contributors, none of the other batsmen could cross the double figures.
For Kandy Land Rawayat Khan and Afaq grabbed three wickets each. Salman, Shahab and Manzoor grabbed one wicket each. In reply, Kandy Land chased the target for the loss of four wickets in 17.2 overs with Babar Ali scored 46 with three boundaries, Aamir Zaib took 20 wickets. Farhan, Niaz took two wickets each. Thus Kandy Land won the match by four wickets.
