"Ready Steady No" is the closest to my heart because I have been connected to this film for around five years", Ahmad Bilal claimed.

"In 2013, when I started sharing apartment with Hisham, he was thinking of the script for the film and that was the time when he started writing this film. The whole process has flown to its destination in front of my own eyes.

I have seen the challenges in making a film during that time. I could never have visualized those obstacles and challenges if it had not happened like this", he added. Ahmad Bilal said, "Another reason for Ready Steady No being really close to my heart is that Hisham took inspiration for this script from my real story and he even wrote the character of the lawyer, visualizing me, which I played in the movie".

Responding to a question he said, "Besides acting and Law practice, I do poetry. Recently my urdu poems book named Unwaan has been published by Sanjh Publication Lahore and I am also working as a Creative Director with Tabeer Tourism, a Dubai based company.

I make their in-house videos and tourism documentaries for different countries. The General Manager of the company Imtiaz Hussain, who happens to be my childhood friend as well, has always been a great support for me; especially when he tolerates my long absences from Dubai Office on regular intervals due to the showbiz."
